Real Clear Politics: Obama and McCain

Whoever we elect into the White House will deal with issues such as economics, foreign policy, energy, drugs, and education. I doubt the number of houses owned will be an issue once elected into power; though the issue was stressed by both candidates recently. Modern politics have become insipid.

So much for the vow of "campaigning with dignity."

In any event, these writings are good examples of the polarizing nature within the American political system.

The Case Against Obama - In His Own Words - Lorie Byrd, Townhall

McCain's Contradictions - Eugene Robinson, Washington Post
