Bush signs $700B bailout bill into law


"...the bill as it now stands gives the U.S. Treasury Secretary basically unchecked power to deal with $700 billion in taxpayer funds. According to Section 8 of the proposal, the decisions are "non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."
